He works to distill practical lessons from accomplishments and missteps, and communicate them in ways that inspire executive action and accelerate decision making.
Mr. Osmond has more than 35 years of experience in end-user organizations, including management roles related to strategy, innovation and governance. He joined Gartner in 2013 as a research analyst focused on the communications industry.
